Cancellation & Refund Policy
At More Fun With Bounce, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to provide clarity while ensuring we can accommodate all guests fairly.
1. Non-Refundable Deposits
- All party deposits are non-refundable. Once a deposit is made, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.
- Deposits cannot be applied to play passes, open play sessions, or other services.
2. Rescheduling Policy
- If you need to reschedule your party, you must provide at least 14 days' notice before the original event date.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability, and the deposit will be transferred to the new booking date.
- Requests made less than 14 days before the scheduled event will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required for a future booking.
3. Transferring Deposits
- Deposits may be transferred to a new booking date (if rescheduling within the required notice period) but cannot be transferred to another individual or used for a different type of service (e.g., play passes).
4. No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy
- If you fail to show up for your scheduled party or cancel within 14 days of the event, the deposit and any payments made will be forfeited.
