These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website www.morefunwithbounce.com, as well as our services, including online bookings, event reservations, and play sessions. By accessing our website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

• The content on this website is for informational and booking purposes only.
• You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
• Any misuse, unauthorized access, or attempt to disrupt our website’s functionality is strictly prohibited.

By booking a party, play session, or event at More Fun With Bounce, you agree to the following terms:

• All prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
• Prices listed on our website do not include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment is received.

• We accept online payments through GoDaddy Payment Processing and Apple Pay.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposit amounts vary depending on the selected party package.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full before the scheduled event or service.

• Deposits are non-refundable. There are no refunds.
• Rescheduling: If you need to change your booking date, you must provide at least 14 days' notice before your scheduled event. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
• No-shows or cancellations within 14 days of the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit and/or full payment.

• The number of guests must not exceed the agreed-upon party package. Additional guests may incur extra charges.
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except for allergy-specific accommodations or pre-approved exceptions.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children during the event.
• Any damage to our facility or equipment caused by guests may result in additional charges.

• All visitors must follow safety rules and staff instructions at all times.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or remove individuals who do not follow the rules or behave inappropriately.
• More Fun With Bounce is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any services, pricing, or policies at any time.
• Any significant changes will be updated on our website.

• More Fun With Bounce is not liable for injuries, accidents, or personal loss that occur on our premises, except in cases of gross negligence.
• Parents/guardians assume full responsibility for their children while using our facility.

• Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or transactions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes must be resolved in the applicable jurisdiction.
