Facility Policies

At More Fun With Bounce, we are committed to providing a fun, safe, and clean environment for all guests. By entering our facility and booking an event, you agree to abide by the following policies to ensure a positive experience for everyone.

• Socks are required for all children and adults entering the play area. No outside shoes are permitted.
• More Fun With Bounce is a nut-free facility. Please do not bring any food items that contain peanuts, tree nuts, or nut-based products.
• Parents and guardians must supervise their children at all times. Our staff is here to facilitate a safe environment but does not provide childcare services.
• Climbing on walls, rough play, or any behavior that poses a safety risk to others will not be tolerated.

To maintain safety and cleanliness, the following are not permitted:

• Outside entertainment, such as face painters, mascots, or characters, without prior approval.
• Piñatas, confetti, glitter, or sparklers, as these can be hazardous and difficult to clean.
• Helium balloons, unless properly secured.

For any special requests, please contact us in advance for approval.

• Outside food and drinks are allowed with the following exceptions:
  • No outside pizza (additional pizza orders must be placed through More Fun With Bounce).
  • No nut products (to maintain a nut-free environment).
• All additional pizza orders must be placed through More Fun With Bounce and confirmed before your event.
• Alcoholic beverages and glass containers are strictly prohibited.

• All guests play at their own risk. More Fun With Bounce is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or lost personal items.
• Acknowledgment of safety rules is required upon entry, and by proceeding to play, guests agree to follow all facility rules and staff instructions.
• Parents and guardians assume full responsibility for their children’s safety while in the facility.
• More Fun With Bounce reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who do not adhere to these policies.
